General Information:
Make-Up Policy:
Due to limited lesson availability there will be no make-up lessons, unless the instructor has to miss a lesson. If the instructor has to miss a lesson for any reason, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. If a student has to miss a lesson for any reason, it is the student or parent’s (where applicable) responsibility to notify the instructor. 24-hour notice must be given for a student’s absence. All too often there are gaps in the schedule due to cancellations and no-shows. This is unfair to the instructor and to the students on a waitlist hoping to get a lesson. Please note your lesson time in your planner, phone, or organizational tool of your choice. You are responsible for your lessons. If you must cancel a lesson for any reason, you will still be held financially responsible for that lesson. Please plan accordingly.
- Students are expected to be on time and ready to work. We do our best to start and end on time for your convenience. Please do the same. If you arrive late for your lesson, you will only be taught until the usual time your lesson ends; if your lesson is from 5:00-6:00, and you arrive at 5:30, your lesson will still end at 6:00 unless previously arranged.
- It is very important to stay hydrated while singing! Please bring water to every lesson.
- Please bring all music and materials necessary for your lesson. Lesson materials are to be purchased by the student as requested. Don’t forget your pencil!!!
- Above all else HAVE FUN!! These lessons are for YOU, and I will do everything I can to help you grow as a singer and musician.
- Please talk to your instructor or call/email anytime if you have concerns or questions.
